Who We Are

Youth sports have become more competitive than ever. Many Athletes are choosing to play one sport, training year-round to set themselves apart from the competition. (NOTE: we believe in the value that comes from being a multi-sport Athlete).

Other Athletes jump from season to season, neglecting to devote time to sport-specific training. While playing multiple sports creates well-rounded Athletes, it often prevents us from training for our INDIVIDUAL needs.

My Story

What's up y'all! My name is Brock McGivern. As a Youngstown, Ohio native, athletics were a foundational part of my childhood. When I wasn't playing in a tournament, at practice, or training, I was in the backyard playing pickup games. Free time was spent working in local gyms with coaches, trainers, and athletes to pick up any/every detail that could give me a competitive edge. I LOVE COMPETING, and firmly believe in the lessons learned from healthy competition.

 

As times have changed, so too has our athletic environment. My focus is to bring this "backyard" mentality to Athletes.  My aim is to develop personal connections with Athletes and identify their individual needs.

Being an Athlete is more than playing a sport; it is a LIFESTYLE impacted by your daily choices.  As your coach, my job does not end when you leave.  It is an ongoing process!
